Terms and Conditions
1. The purchase of a Sleep Programme Consultation (the “Consultations”) will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
2. The full fee for The Simple Sleep Company’s services is due on booking your Consultation with The Simple Sleep Company and must be received at least 24hours before the arranged consultation date. If a consultation is arranged for less than 24hours from booking, you must make payment as soon as you are reasonably able to before the consultation.
3. If the Sleep Programme is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply: Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded 25 - 48 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded More than 48 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client
4. If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as the reason for a cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time, The Simple Sleep Company, on a case by case basis, may accept a rescheduled appointment within 2 weeks of the original booking time.
5. The Simple Sleep Company reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of The Simple Sleep Company cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.
6. In respect of each programme (the “Programme”) granted by The Simple Sleep Company to the Client, the Client agrees that it shall not provide the Programme to any third party who is not a Client.
7. Advice given by The Simple Sleep Company is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.
8. The Simple Sleep Company advises to the best of their ability, experience and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioral work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultations process.
9. If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition, The Simple Sleep Company reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund. Terms and Conditions
10. If it’s found to be the Client’s child’s age is under 5 months and this hasn’t been explicitly stated to The Simple Sleep Company (the “Company”), the Company reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund, or will be offered a consultation at a later date if preferred.
11. The Simple Sleep Company is contactable at any time (unless otherwise discussed with the Client) but will only respond during waking hours, as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays. In the event of holiday or periods of time where The Simple Sleep Company will be unreachable, the Client will be made aware of this in advance. The Client will be made aware of their designated ‘check-in’ days during the consultation or upon receiving their sleep plan. If the Client fails to send their sleep logs to The Simple Sleep Company before 8pm on those days, The Simple Sleep Company is not obliged to analyse and provide feedback on them and the check-in will be missed. This may be reconsidered by The Simple Sleep Company on a case by case basis depending on reason and workload.
12. The Simple Sleep Company is willing to travel, on a case by case basis, to clients outside of The Mendips. Should travel be necessary, the Home Consultation price will be reflected to cover all reasonable expenses incurred including but not limited to travel, travel time and accommodation.
13. The Simple Sleep Company reserves the right to use screenshots/snippets of emails/messages sent or received by the client on social media for the purpose of advertisement and promotion. In these instances, the client’s personal details will be hidden and only first names used.
14. The Simple Sleep Company reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of The Simple Sleep Company’s team. 16. The Client must begin their support period within 4 weeks from the consultation date and must complete their support period within 8 weeks from the consultation. Any remaining support left after that time will become invalid unless agreed by The Simple Sleep Company in advance. This may be reconsidered on a case by case basis due to illness or exceptional circumstances.
